Shipping time
We usually dispatch your order within 24~72 hours.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We utilize various carriers to ensure the timely delivery of your order. Once your order is placed, we automatically assign the most suitable delivery method based on the weight and destination of your package.
Shipping Cost
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50.00 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $50.00 USD incur a flat shipping fee of $9.90 USD per order.
Please Note
- Orders shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard shipping options only and are excluded from expedited shipping options.
- If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package is being cleared for customs. As soon as it’s released, the package will move quickly to your doorstep!
Do you provide tracking information?
- Yes, you will receive a notification with tracking information via email once your order shipped.
My tracking says “No information available at the moment”
- For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.
- For logistical reasons, items in the same or will sometimes be split into separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
