Returns & Exchanges Policy
Conditions for return:
For any undamaged and unworn product(s), please send these back for a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We can then provide an exchange, or a refund based upon the original payment method. Any items received outside of this time frame may be refused.
Please ensure the following conditions are met before returning your order:
- Please request a return and follow our return process within 14 days of receiving your order. If you return the item without authorization after 14 days, we will refuse it and send it back to you with freight collect (cash on delivery). We will not process your return in such cases.
- All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging.) Due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned if the tag has been removed.
- Ensure returned items are well packaged and secured with an outer packaging layer so they are not damaged in transit.
- The box is part of the product; therefore any damage may result in a $7.00 repackaging fee (this includes writing on or applying postage labels, stamps, tape or similar directly to the product packaging.)
- Please ensure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods, we cannot process your return if we do not know who it is from.
Every so often mistakes do happen. We do our best to fix these for you and correct any issues you may face. If you notice a mistake with your order or believe an item may be faulty, please contact us and we will look into this for you. Please be sure to note down and mention your order number.
How to return:
1. Please contact us to get the Returns Form.
Don’t forget to enclose the Returns Form and your original delivery receipt with your return. Please use the address label included in your order or, write your own.
Return postage is not covered by CPAYMALL. We recommend that you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a ‘Certificate of Posting/Proof of Delivery’ as, until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility. Returns will only be processed once the items have arrived back to us. If your items do not make it back to us, you will need to open a dispute with the courier.
We reserve the right to refuse to inspect items that are dirty, wet or hazardous.
We will professionally inspect and evaluate returns as soon as possible, typically we aim to complete the process within 2-3 working days of receiving the return. Once processed, refunds will be issued within 14 days. Items returned from a voucher or gift card purchase will be refunded as store credit. If you paid with a combination of gift voucher and another payment method, we will reissue your gift card amount and refund the alternative payment method. You may ask for the full amount to be refunded as store credit.
If a free gift is claimed on your order, you must return the entire order in full for your refund to be processed. Failure to return the free item will incur the cost of the item being deducted from the refund amount. If you received a discount on your order, you will be refunded the price paid.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange your order for a different size or colour of the same product range, of the same price. We are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges for items of a higher price.
We will contact you via email of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

Order Cancellation and Processing Statute of Limitations
Consumers may request to cancel an order within 30 natural days of placing the order.
We will complete the order processing and arrange for shipment within 7 natural days after receipt of the order. Please make sure your information is accurate when submitting your order so that we can serve you in a timely manner.
Note: If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the shipment time, and it is within the time specified by the website that can initiate the cancellation of the order, all can cancel the order;
Refund and Exchange
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your order.
Satisfaction with our product is the top priority- so we offer:
A. 30-Day money back guarantee;
B. Two-year warranty.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Note for Wholesale Orders: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for wholesale purchases without quality-related issues.

Undamaged products are entitled to be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once we inspect the returned item at warehouse, we’ll initiate the refund.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Returned items must include the original packaging.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
- For quality-related warranty claims, CPAYMALL will refund the total price of the original purchase.
- Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above conditions.
- Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee will expire 30 days after the purchase date. CPAYMALL will not issue a refund for non-quality-related claims after the 30-day window.

Warranties on products will be voided after having been fully refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong items so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
1.Sales merchandise or gift cards;
2.Wholesale orders without quality-related issues;
3.Items not meeting return conditions (see below).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct merchandise is to return the order you received, and once the return is accepted, place another order for the new merchandise.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. Please remember it could take a couple of business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you have not received the refund for more than 15 business since we approved your return,Please contact us via email and we will follow up and handle the issue.
